All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage.

Exchanges – emispherefoods.com does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order I received a wrong item.

If you received a wrong item we will collect your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item.
